Training and Support

Training is easy for both the members and case workers. The members hear voice prompts that navigate them through the set up process and once the new member fills in the form, all the case worker has to do is fax it to Talk2One using the toll free fax number. 1-877-453-2161 Talk2One distributes the registration forms, provides marketing material and handles all the data input process. Live support is available during business hours using the toll free number 1-866-700-1666 and we are planning regular webinars in the near future.

Talk2One will ensure that all staff is trained and supported. After an initial orientation and training seminar, support is available via telephone and on our web site.
