Talk2Stations
While the Talk2One service can be reached from any phone, in order to ensure 24/7 access for all members, a number of Talk2Stations are being installed in underserviced areas of Niagara. The first Talk2Station seen here was installed at the Community Care offices in St.Catharines generously sponsored by Canadian Tire – Jump Start. Fully operational for a year, the station has been well used as the “final mile” solution when a member has no money for a pay phone.
Investing in the Community
Talk2Station sponsorship is a unique marketing opportunity that allows you to not only expose your company’s name in a positive way to an untapped portion of the market, but offers a unique social return on investment for the private sector. While Talk2One members may represent the lower income sector, they still are economically active, and once free of the spiral of poverty, could be loyal customers if you help in their time of need.

The Hope Centre, operating from 116 Division St., is a highly visible location accessible by the 235 Talk2One members in Welland. Shared with three non-competing advertisers, your sponsorship pays for the installation and maintenance of the unit for a period of two years at a nominal fee of just $750.00 per year. In Niagara Falls another opportunity exists to support the 203 members signed on by Project Share and the Niagara Employment Help Centre.
Talk2Stations offer the opportunity to advertise your support for those in need and at risk in your community. Your organization’s name will be prominently displayed on a sponsoring “diamond” for a period of two years; you will receive credit on all PR and printed material associated with the project and you will have a direct say in how we help the community. In addition to the point of presence exposure and media coverage, you will also receive regular reports on performance levels and areas of need.
